先进的运动Controls releases new micro-sized FlexPro Servo Drive model

先进的运动Controls has released a new 60A continuous FlexPro servo drive model FM060-60C-CM. This model is the second “machine embedded” version in this power range adding CANopen communication to the previously released EtherCAT version.

The 60A continuous current rating means the servo drive can operate at the 60A peak rating continuously with no need for current foldback. This is impressive because the new model is in the same package size as the company’s “micro-sized” FlexPro models, meaning up to four units can fit within the footprint of a business card.

The wide operating voltage of 10-55VDC combined with the ultra-compact form factor make this servo drive suited for battery-powered applications that require high power in a compact form. For example, mobile robotics and portable devices are a perfect fit for this design.

The CAN interface for the FM060-60C-CM servo drive follows the CiA DS301 communications profile and the CiA DS402 device profile (device profile for drives and motion control). The fully featured command set allows for distributed control with complete access to all critical drive functions and parameters.

The FM060-60C-CM is packaged in the Machine Embedded Form Factor that allows for direct connections with power and signal wires. This form factor makes it easy to install servo drives just about anywhere in a machine.

Features:

  • CANopen communication
  • 10-55 VDC input voltage
  • Rated for 60A continuous current
  • BiSS C and Incremental Encoder feedback
  • Torque, velocity and position operating modes
  • Configuration and full loop tuning
  • STO (Safe Torque Off)

The small size of the FlexPro drives makes them perfect for cobots (collaborative robots), AMRs, AGVs, portable devices, lab and warehouse automation, military equipment, and any other integrated design.

FlexPro is AMC’s newest family of digital servo drives. With cutting edge engineering, FlexPro is meant to expand the capabilities of AMC’s already powerful and diverse product selection. The IMPACT architecture allows FlexPro servo drives to maintain the intelligence and power of larger-sized servo drives while fitting into much more compact packages.

The full selection of 60Amp FlexPro drives can be foundhere.
