Mercury’s Andy Miller, standing next to the outboard to give you a feel for its size, explained that the Digital Services division does PLM consulting and helps companies with factors such as CAD standards, large assembly management (Judging by the size of the Verado, you can see where that expertise comes from.), product design and manufacturing.
