Norstat Inc. has addressed the need for safeguarding high risk industrial applications with the ReeR Admiral, category 4, Type 4, light curtain. The Admiral is a suitable light curtain for protecting areas where any material being processed or the moving parts of a machine cross the field protected by the light curtain.

The Admiral light curtain is a suitable solution for applications such as press brakes, presses, punching and dinking machines, cutters and shears, robotized areas, assembly lines and palletizing systems. There is also an IP 67 watertight enclosure version available for applications where washdowns are required.
