皇家帝, the global Life Sciences and Materials Sciences company, announced a partnership between Somos® and Prodways, a company that makes 3D Printing systems that use MOVINGLight technology, a form of Digital Light Processing (DLP) that cures materials used in additive processes.
Prodways was looking to collaborate with a high performance material supplier for products suitable for its 365nm DLP mobile machines for industrial applications.
The partnership has resulted in two new materials that will be launched at EuroMold. These materials are for use in DLP machines operating at 365 nm (nanometers), including the Prodways’ DLP mobile machines. These materials were designed to have the same level of performance as Somos® 355nm stereolithography materials, which means these materials can be used in automotive, aerospace, electronics and consumer goods applications
