Mosaic is a modular and configurable Safety Controller capable of managing an array of safety functions ranging from a solitary machine to the operations of an entire plant. Mosaic can easily manage multiple safety devices including safety sensors and signals such as Light curtains, photocells, laser scanners, emergency stops, electromechanical switches, guard-lock safety door switches, magnetic switches, RFID switches as well as safety mats and edges, two-hands controls, and handgrip switches. The Mosaic is DIN rail mountable according to EN 50022-35 standard, has a protection rating of IP 20 for housing and IP 2X for the terminal blocks and can operate in temperatures from -10°C to 55°C making it an ideal choice for a myriad of applications including machine guarding, material Handling machines, Robotics, AGV (Automatic Guided Vehicles), printing machines, Palletizing systems, Vertical lift storage system as well as rail dependent storage and retrieval equipment.
