ha MT63-DC紧凑精密定位阶段s a low-profile design with a standard travel of 25 mm. Available in a single or three-axis XYZ configuration, the overall height of the single axis table is 25.5 mm with a straightness/flatness runout of 3 µm. A runout of 1 µm is available. Included in the compact design is the drive mechanism – a precision preloaded miniature lead screw with 0.5 mm pitch coupled to a dc motor with rotary encoder. The single axis table weighs 0.5 kg, yet handles loads to 20 N. It offers a positional accuracy of 5 µm and repeatability of 1 µm. It is made from high strength anodized aluminum.

The standard stage includes backlash-free preloaded, miniature slides for precise linear guidance, non-contact limit switches, and a 63-mm square footprint. Options include different encoder resolutions and different screw pitches for higher speeds. Its overall dimensions (with all axes centered) are 63 x 63 x 111 mm.
