J.W.温科, Inc., a supplier of standard industrial machine components, announced it now offers GN 2280 Bull’s-Eye Levels, Adjustable, with Mounting Threads.
The GN 2280 bull’s-eye levels, which are RoHS compliant, are used to check the horizontal position of jigs, machines, devices, appliances, and instruments. The mounting threads, offset by 120°, allow the spirit levels to be aligned in relation to the mounting surface. An alignment ball at the bottom surface of the adjustment plate serves as the tilting point. Specific tightening torques of the bolts are allowed to be achieved, so that the bubble is centrally located inside the marking ring once the horizontal alignment is reached.
The housing is made from aluminum, with a natural or black anodized finish. The casting compound is mineral-based while the spirit level element is made of glass with plastic body and includes a colorless and transparent filling.
