直观的外科手术（NSDQ：ISRG.) inked a license on the miniaturized robotic sealing and stapling technology developed byJustRight Surgicalthat includes an unspecified equity investment and joint product development program.
Louisville, Colo.-based JustRightraised an $11 million Series B roundearly last year and laterwon 510(k) clearance from the FDA for its 3mm pediatric vessel-sealing system.
“We are excited to team up with Intuitive Surgical to expand the impact of JustRight Surgical’s technology beyond pediatric patients,” CEO Robert Kline said in prepared remarks. “The collaboration with Intuitive Surgical marks a major milestone for JustRight. The entry into adult robotic surgery significantly expands the reach and applicability of our mission of enabling safer and more precise laparoscopic surgery through the delivery of exceptional surgical technologies and instruments.
