The DMM7510 7½-Digit Graphical Sampling Multimeter integrates a high-accuracy digital multimeter, a digitizer for waveform capture, and a capacitive touchscreen user interface. The instrument is a precision multimeter with selectable resolution levels from 3½ to 7½ digits and provides DC accuracies typically only found in metrology-grade instrumentation. It has a 14 ppm basic 1-year DCV accuracy and expanded measurement ranges (100 mV, 1 Ω, and 10 μA) for low-level accuracy. An auto-calibration feature minimizes temperature and time drift and signal sampling utilizes a 1 MS/sec, 18-bit digitizer. Instrument users can view and analyze current and voltage waveforms and transients without the need for an additional instrument or PC.
