Precision-Washers SPIROL specializes in quick turnaround delivery of precision-engineered shims ranging from simple OD/ID shapes to complex geometries —particularly in low to medium volumes.

All shims are custom-made to customer specifications from a comprehensive inventory of raw materials in thicknesses from 0.002 to 0.250 in. This new catalog details SPIROL product offerings and highlights the major ways the company can help customers improve their profitability when they partner with SPIROL on shim requirements.

金属垫片,宣传册- 2016 The SPIROL Precision Shim product line includes specialty shims, thrust washers, laminated and edge-bonded shims in an array of configurations.Manufacturing processes and value-added services are performed in-house under SPIROL’s quality system registered to ISO 9001, AS 9100 and TS/ISO 16949.

The shims come in global industry-standard shim, sheet and coil stock, laminated materials and specialty metals in both inch and metric gauges. Passivate, zinc plate, cadmium plate, black oxide, anodized, and other finishes are available.

SPIROL supplies precision shims and thrust washers to leading industrial-equipment manufacturers.
