On average, an ATV releases more than 20 lbs. of CO2 into the air from just one tank of gas, according to DRR. They also commented on how loud ATVs can be, reaching up to 80 on a decibel meter. Now, the Stealth E-ATV is not only eco-friendly but eliminates the noise aspect. For this reason, the vehicle has been developed for search and rescue personnel, ecologists, and environmentalists, but it’s not limited to these core individuals since it’s designed for anyone to enjoy.

Although the prototype E-ATV doesn’t keep its charge for very long, it can travel up to 35 miles before needing a battery change. The company said riders can take along optional battery packs so their voyage isn’t cut short.

Don’t worry about this silent vehicle not being able to lug equipment around though. The front racks can carry 125 lb. of gear and the back racks can carry 240 lb.
