TruMark 5010 marking laser

The TruMark 5010 marking laser is an all-in-one solution with fiber laser, scanner, controls and internal focus position control integrated together into a single housing. Since a separate power supply unit is not needed and the laser is air-cooled, the space-saving design is very easily integrated into production lines or a workstation. As with all TruMark laser series, the TruMark 5010 is built to excel in any industrial environment.

TRUMPF-TruMark500 The TruMark 5010 combines excellent average power with brilliant beam quality (M2 < 1.6) to deliver cost-effective results, even in demanding applications including very fine or precise marks. With an infrared wavelength of 1062 nm and an adjustable pulse repetition frequency of 1-200 kHz, the laser marks a wide variety of materials including metal, plastic or organic materials. The robust laser also delivers particularly impressive results when deep engraving. Typical applications include the automotive and consumer goods industries, medical technology and sheet metal processing. The laser is also compatible with PROFIBUS, PROFINET, and other key industrial interfaces.

At IMTS, it will be shown in a TruMark Station 3000. With an automatic door and intuitive operation, the TruMark Station 3000 is ideal for customers with small or medium batch sizes who are looking for a simple, safe and industrially robust workstation. The motorized z-axis aids in precise focal position during component positioning while the optional focus finder takes this one step further. Its compact cube design offers a true desktop solution with no additional supply unit required when combined with the TruMark 5010 or TruMark 1110 marking lasers, yet it can be combined with any laser in the TruMark Series 1000, 3000 or 5000.
