针对零压力applicatio积累ns, SICK’s recently launched R/IR sensors are designed to be mounted between the rollers on conveyors where mounting space is limited. The mounting location makes the sensors less susceptible to damage. Members of the company’s ZoneControl line, the sensors help control product flow on conveyors, reducing jams and allowing product to flow at peak efficiency.
The R (reflective) sensors are available as standard sensors and feature an adjustable 900 mm proximity sensing range on a 5% black target that eliminates the need for a reflector. The IR (infrared) sensors have integrated logic and do not require a PLC or PC, eliminating I/O and commissioning time.
